I study and teach mindfulness meditation. It is also known as Insight or Vipassana meditation, from the Theravadan school of Buddhism.

My goal is to share what I know about mindfulness meditation to reduce stress, relieve suffering and increase happiness among people interested in the teachings.

Whether you are new to the practice or an experienced meditator,  I offer classes and workshops to help you progress along the path that leads to a happiness that does not depend on outside conditions.

I am also available for one-on-one coaching, in person or electronically.
