I study and teach mindfulness meditation. It is also known as Insight or Vipassana meditation, from the Theravadan school of Buddhism.

My goal is to share what I know about mindfulness meditation to reduce stress, relieve suffering and increase happiness among people interested in the teachings.

Whether you are new to the practice or an experienced meditator,  I offer classes and workshops to help you progress along the path that leads to a happiness that does not depend on outside conditions.

I am also available for one-on-one coaching, in person or electronically.

  1. Jerry’s sessions have changed my life. I have learned to more clearly understand my own thoughts and feelings and those of other people who are important to me. As a result, I respond to situations in a more constructive way, rather than just reacting. I also appreciate the “now” much more frequently in my everyday life. Finally, I am more “centered” and clear about who I am, which makes me more confident and assertive. Jerry packs a lot of information into his talk, then follows it with a gentle, guided mediation session. If you’ve been thinking about meditation, come to one of Jerry’s sessions!
